I created this LIVE online course to help you gain tools to not only tackle anxiety and depression symptoms quickly but to manage them effectively for the long term.
Here is an overview of what will be covered:
Week 1: Laying the Ground Work
Week 2: The Brain and the Body
Week 3: Gathering the Scattered Mind Through Breath
Week 4: From Resistance to Better Habits
Each week will have a lecture on a specific topic, in-class exercises, time for Q&A and check-ins, take home work, and assigned reading.
You will walk away with a toolbox of skills that are uniquely designed to help you quiet your mind, learn to catch yourself before depression or anxiety sets in, and reconnect with that more authentic and peaceful version of yourself.
All of the training and skills I offer you are a combination of scientifically proven Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy techniques and my 10 years of training, teaching, and living Yogic and Buddhist philosophy and psychology.
The course will be offered on both Monday evenings @6pm PST beginning October 15th and Saturday mornings @11am PST beginning October 27th. UPDATE SATURDAY’S CLASS IS FULL.
