Your Space Holder Type Is:
The Alchemist
You hold space through depth, shadow, and transformation.
You are not afraid of rupture, contradiction, grief, ambiguity, or psychic intensity. In fact, you often have a natural capacity to stay with what others want to clean up too quickly. You understand that healing is not always neat, linear, or comforting. There is something in you that can remain in contact with complexity without needing to reduce it.
Your gift is that you can help people stay in contact with the deeper process of transformation. You are less likely to pathologize the dark, the disorienting, or the in-between. You often understand, at a gut level, that breakdown and becoming can live very close to one another, and you do not rush to resolve that tension.
Your medicine is not primarily interpretation, but the capacity to remain with what is changing form. You are often able to stay with the disorienting, shadowy, or unresolved parts of transformation without rushing to explain them, and that gives others permission to remain inside their own becoming.
Your growth edge is that depth can become seduction if it is overvalued. At times, you may linger in intensity longer than necessary, romanticize complexity, or undervalue the importance of simplicity, structure, and stabilization. You may trust the transformative process while underestimating how much containment is needed to support it.
The deeper invitation for you is to strengthen your relationship with grounding, clarity, and form. Your work is not to become less deep. It is to remember that transformation also needs a vessel.
Inside Inner Compass Academy, Alchemists deepen their ability to work with shadow and transformation while also building the structure needed to hold real integration.
