The Baja Mexico Retreat

December 29 - January 4, 2025

We are committed to making this immersive experience a transformational one, leaving you with more clarity, inspiration, and self-understanding.

    • Creating healthy and sustainable boundaries and communication in your relationships

    • Breaking the habits of people-pleasing, caretaking, and needing to be needed

    • Releasing the pattern of numbing and running from yourself

    • Recognizing the habit of spiritual bypassing

    • Discovering deeply rooted relational beliefs that are no longer serving you

    • Evolving these beliefs to be in alignment with the kinds of relationships your higher Self longs for

    • Connecting to a deeper awareness of Self through integrative shadow work

    • Learning to live from a more authentic space steeped in integrity

    • Experiencing self-liberation through somatic movement

    • Lodging is included

    • All meals and snacks are included. All dietary restrictions will be accommodated.

    • Travel is not included and should be secured separately. You will be flying in and out of SJD. Please plan your travel arrangements so that you can arrive at the retreat center by 5pm PT, and depart the retreat center around noon PT.

    • Before September 21st - 100% refund, not including deposit

    • Before October 20th - 50% refund, not including deposit

    • Before November 29th - 25% refund, not including deposit

    • After November 29th - not eligible for a refund
