THE PODCAST ·
Inner Compass Podcast with Vanessa Bennett is for people who are tired of “self-improvement” that leaves their lives unchanged.
It’s a grounded space for real transformation, where healing is treated as both personal work and cultural resistance.
Hosted by Vanessa Bennett, LMFT, depth psychotherapist and author, each episode explores the inner architecture of pattern: codependency, attachment, longing, resentment, desire, shame, and the myths we inherit about love, worth, womanhood, and power. The show bridges depth psychology, lived experience, and cultural analysis without reducing transformation to tools or tips.
This is depth work, not quick fixes.
