Your Space Holder Type Is:
The Truth Teller

You hold space through clarity, discernment, and honesty.

You naturally hear structure. You notice contradictions, distortions, patterns of avoidance, and the places where language is obscuring what is actually true. You are often able to name what others are circling around, and your presence can bring sharpness, coherence, and relief to situations that feel confusing or emotionally tangled.

Your gift is that you help cut through fog. You offer perspective, language, and differentiation. You are often less afraid than others to name what is happening, and that can bring a great deal of integrity to the space. People may not always find your style comforting at first, but they often find it clarifying.

You are less interested in helping people feel oriented than in helping them come into contact with what is real. Your gift is often disruptive in the best sense. You help expose what has been obscured, softened, or avoided.

Your growth edge is that clarity can become armor if it is over-relied on. At times, you may move into analysis before enough emotional contact has been established, or mistake precision for transformation. You may say the true thing without always pacing it in a way that can be received.

The deeper invitation for you is to build a stronger relationship with softness, timing, and emotional attunement. Your work is not to become less clear. It is to let truth land in a way that opens rather than only exposes.

Inside Inner Compass Academy, Truth Tellers often learn how to pair discernment with depth, so that their clarity becomes not just sharp, but relationally transformative.
